Marketing Operations Consultant

We’re hiring a dynamic Marketing Operations Consultant to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the marketing manager with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life and is committed to on-brand quality work. Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 + Bonus Responsibilities: Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies Database & CRM management, segregation, integration & quality control SMS, email, mailing & RVM blasts/reblast lead generation & marketing Create, manage, measure marketing funnels, channels & campaigns Build an online presence for webinars, events, personal branding, products & services Landing pages, website creation, management and promotion Design, develop, create, print materials & online content Pay-per-click advertising Paid social media, video editing & advertising Implement KPI, track processes, procedures & workflow Manage social media platforms, build and interact with organic & targeted audiences Integration and installation of all system tools and resources Interview, evaluate, validate all marketing and lead sources Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of current market trends BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations About Company We specialize in buying, selling & leasing all types of homes in Northern and Central New Jersey and love helping all types of buyers and sellers achieve the American Dream.
