Infant/Toddler Teacher

We want everyone to have the support they need for a healthy work/life balance!* Starting wage of $17.00-$19.00/hr, based on previous experience and/or degree. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* Teachers work to ensure compliance with Kiddie Academy's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards. Most importantly, they create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning! * Assists and supervises children during ALL activities * Follows bottle and diapering schedules and procedures * Monitor and assess each child's progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans * Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that is conducive to learning * Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on their child's development and address any concerns or questions * Performs other duties as assigned *EXPERIENCE* * Previous experience working with toddler age children in a childcare or daycare setting (2 year). * Associate or Bachelors degree, preferred * Knowledge of early childhood education principles, theories, and best practices * Strong understanding of child development milestones and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly * Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting while maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere *QUALIFICATIONS* * Must be 18yrs, or older * U.S. work authorization, if applicable *CERTIFICATIONS* * FBI fingerprinting * NSOR * PA State Police * PA child abuse * Mandatory Reporter Training If you are passionate about early childhood education and making a positive impact on young lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
