They are hiring a Chicago based Marketing Coordinator who will work in-office with some hybrid flexibility.Location: Irving, Texas- onsite roleJob Description:The M&A Integration Systems Analyst is the analytical engine behind our client’s acquisition integration process. This role goes well beyond data entry and system execution; it is responsible for building employee-level impact models that quantify exactly how every acquired employee’s total compensation and benefits change under the company. Healthcare premiums, PTO accruals, maternity leave, holiday schedules, pay structures—every data point that affects an employee’s compensation or experience falls within this role’s responsibility to calculate, visualize, and communicate clearly to stakeholders. The right person for this role tells a story with data.Responsibilities:Build and maintain employee-level transition impact models for each acquisition, quantifying changes in compensation, benefits, and the overall employee experience under our client’s programs.Analyze and summarize acquisition impacts at both the individual and population levels, identifying cost changes, employee impacts, and areas requiring leadership attention.Identify and escalate employee outliers with significant negative financial or benefits impacts that may require retention strategies, exceptions, or targeted communications.Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support integration decisions and leadership communications.Collect, validate, normalize, and prepare employee data from acquired companies to ensure accurate HRIS onboarding and payroll processing.Own integration mapping across compensation, benefits, job architecture, deductions, PTO, and eligibility to align acquired employees with our client’s programs.Lead pre- and post-go-live quality assurance, including data validation, payroll reconciliation, deduction audits, and issue resolution to ensure successful integrations.Execute HRIS onboarding activities and maintain integration scorecards, reporting, and milestone tracking to support successful acquisition execution.Compensation & benefits:Base =$85K - $120K baseDiscretionary Bonus = 10% annualYear One On-Target Earnings: $93K - $132KHealth, vision, dentalCompany-paid Life Insurance401(k): 6% matchShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityPTO: 3 weeks
