Residential and Facility Maintenance Technician

The Community Supports Network, Inc (CSN) is currently accepting applications for a hard-working, well-rounded residential and facility maintenance technician who has a passion for all things upkeep and repair as well as the overall safety and well-being of employees and people supported by CSN. As a Residential and Facility Maintenance Technician, your day-to-day schedule will change as you maintain our various residential group homes and small offices in Council Bluffs and the surrounding CSN areas. This position will be hourly with overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package with additional perks. The pay range is based on Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.
