Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Clovis, CA. The Operator will oversee and manage the daily operations of water or wastewater systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining operational equipment, conducting water quality tests, and documenting system performance. The Operator will identify and troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure optimal plant functionality. Safety and adherence to environmental standards are critical to this role. Qualifications Experience with operating and maintaining water or wastewater treatment systemsKnowledge of water quality testing, sampling procedures, and regulatory complianceAbility to troubleshoot and repair equipment, as well as perform routine maintenance tasksStrong attention to detail and ability to document system performance accuratelyEffective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentUnderstanding of safety protocols and environmental regulationsAbility to work on-site in Clovis, CA and maintain a reliable work scheduleLicenses or certifications relevant to water or wastewater treatment operations are preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or education is a plus
