You'll help ensure welcoming and efficient experience for job seekers using the City's employment resources.ResponsibilitiesAssist job seekers by explaining available services and guiding them through employment-related processes.Provide professional, empathetic support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication.Collaborate with staff to ensure quality delivery of services.Offer general program and participant support as needed.Assist with job fairs and community events.QualificationsStrong listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.Experience in employment services, teaching, HR, customer service, or other people-centered roles.Ability to clearly communicate information and advocate for job seekers.Familiarity with current job-search practices.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.Weekly pay and benefits available!
