No coding deliverables required before funding.Phase 2 (immediately after successful angel close):Full paid role with strong compensation and a meaningful option grant. You’ll own the v1 backend that turns messy web content into clean, structured data with confidence signals:Config → run orchestration (from user input to reproducible jobs)Search/retrieval and respectful fetching (rate-limits, retries, snapshots)Text cleaning & information extraction with tight token/compute budgetsCross-validation / source-confidence logicPostgres schema + APIs (FastAPI or similar), exports, logs/metrics Success in 8–12 weeks = an end-to-end demo with coverage/quality telemetry and per-run cost/perf metrics, shipped via weekly demos.You might be a fit if you…Have shipped data pipelines end-to-end (crawl/API → process → store → serve)Are fluent in Python + SQL/Postgres + an async framework (Celery/Redis/etc.)Know AWS/GCP basics (containers, object storage, simple IaC)Care about reliability, tests, and observabilityBonus: retrieval/search, text normalization, ML/LLM-assisted extractionCompensation & equity Strong paid compensation begins immediately after the round closes, with a clear pathway to equity (options on standard vesting).
