IT Infrastructure Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 (L3) Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise across Wintel and Network technologies. The ideal candidate will act as the final escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents, own root cause analysis (RCA), and provide technical leadership across Microsoft and network environments. Roles & Responsibilities:Act as the L3 escalation point for infrastructure incidents and service requestsAdminister and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePointManage Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, SSO, MFA, and Conditional AccessAdminister Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environmentsManage and troubleshoot Hyper-V virtualization platformsPerform server patching, upgrades, security hardening, and vulnerability remediationDesign, implement, and support LAN/WAN infrastructureManage switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless controller environmentsSupport firewall technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco FTDPerform RCA for recurring incidents and infrastructure outagesCreate SOPs, architecture documentation, and operational proceduresMentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical leadership Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams for successful project delivery. Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administrationExpertise in Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, Conditional Access, and hybrid identityStrong Active Directory administration and troubleshooting skillsExperience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022Strong Hyper-V administration and troubleshooting experienceSolid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and QoSHands-on experience with enterprise switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless environmentsStrong troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA capabilities. Qualifications:Experience in infrastructure support and operationsStrong experience handling L3 escalations and critical incidentsExperience in enterprise or MSP environmentsStrong communication and documentation skills
