OneSparQ is looking for a Sales Representative in the Tampa/Lakeland/Sarasota area. This position is remote with up to 50% local travel to customer sites in the Tampa/Lakeland/Sarasota area.This position offers a base salary of up to $70k with additional commission. Expected total year one compensation package is $90k+Required Skills:3+ years of experience in B2B salesExperience in manufacturing, automotive or chemical salesAbility to navigate an organizational chart and find key decision makersExperience working in Salesforce or similar CRM systemBachelors DegreeResponsibilities:Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories by targeting high-potential prospects and expanding relationships within existing customer accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, engineers, and key stakeholders to uncover customer challenges, initiatives, and growth opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Engineers and Technical Specialists, to deliver tailored, value-based solutions and proposals that align with customer needsExecute strategic territory and account plans focused on market penetration, customer growth, and expanding adoption of products, services, and engineered solutionsUtilize Salesforce CRM to manage prospecting activities, track sales opportunities, monitor pipeline health, and maintain accurate forecasting and customer engagement recordsDeliver consultative sales presentations and customer interactions that highlight cost savings, risk reduction, and performance improvements while strengthening long-term customer partnerships
