The coach will assist in overseeing the women’s wrestling program, including training, coaching during practices and competitions, creating development plans, and recruiting prospective student-athletes. Additional responsibilities include adhering to NCAA regulations, supporting student-athlete academic success, and assisting with program planning and operations.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Wrestling and Wrestling CoachingStrong Communication skills to effectively interact with student-athletes, staff, and stakeholdersExperience in Coaching and Training to develop student-athletes in athletic and personal growthKnowledge of NCAA guidelines and regulations is an assetCommitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive team environmentAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsA Bachelor’s degree is preferredPrior collegiate or high school coaching experience
