Apply today and be part of something extraordinary! The Business Development Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Business Development (BD) department. Acting as an executive assistant to BD leadership and the BD team, this role ensures smooth coordination of Marketing, Client Relations and departmental partners. The ideal candidate has experience in Business Development and/or Marketing, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while supporting the team’s strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Business development processes, Digital & Visual Marketing processes Strong relationship-building, organization, and communication skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. CRM Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Anticipate needs of BD team Administrative Support Prepare and organize departmental documents, reports, and presentations. Experience with expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking for BD activities. Maintain accurate records and databases related to BD projects and contacts. Departmental Coordination Assist with logistics for BD events, conferences, and client meetings. Support onboarding of new BD team members with administrative setup. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding BD operations. Operational Efficiency Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes within the BD department. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks. Manage ROI reports Travel & Scheduling Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for BD leadership and team members (flights, hotels, transportation). Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure timely communication of itineraries. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field preferred. 3+ years of Business Development or Marketing or Executive assistant experience, ideally supporting business development or sales teams. Demonstrated ability to manage travel logistics and complex scheduling. (May require weekend coordination depending on event calendar) Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
