This full-time, in-person role serves as a central hub connecting employees, leadership, and external partners including HR providers, accountants, attorneys, etc. As a company with employees and sales activities across multiple states, as well as an expanding international presence, this role will help support the operational, compliance, and administrative needs that enable continued growth.The ideal candidate enjoys creating structure, improving processes, solving operational challenges, and helping both people and systems succeed.Job Type: Full-Time In-PersonSalary Range: $85,000-$95,000What You\'ll DoLegal & Compliance AdministrationServe as the primary liaison between Zenbooth and external agencies and legal counselMaintain business registrations, business license renewals, corporate filings, and compliance requirementsManage business insurance renewals and coordinate with insurance brokers and providersCoordinate contract review, legal document management, and compliance-related initiativesLead trademark, intellectual property, and corporate governance activities to ensure compliance and growth alignmentMaintain organized legal, insurance, and compliance documentationFinance & Business AdministrationServe as the primary liaison between Zenbooth and external accounting, tax, and financial service partnersManage international, federal, multi-state, and local tax-related requirementsOversee internal Finance Team for bookkeeping, tax filings, and financial compliance activitiesAssist with financial reporting, documentation, budgeting, and operational planning initiativesDevelop, document, and improve internal business processes, policies, and procedures across the organizationPeople OperationsBe a trusted and approachable resource for employees, providing guidance, support, and resolution for workplace concerns and people-related matters.Serve as the primary liaison between Zenbooth and ADP, leveraging available HR, compliance, and policy resourcesManage and conduct employee onboarding and off-boarding processesCoordinate employee benefits administration and HR documentationLead recruiting, hiring coordination, and candidate experience initiativesMaintain employee records, policies, and handbook documentationPartner with leadership on organizational development, performance management, employee relations, coaching conversations, and disciplinary processesCoordinate HR compliance activities and help ensure alignment with employment regulations and company policiesKeys to Success3+ years of experience in business operations, people operations, HR administration, office management, business administration, or a related roleExperience coordinating with external accountants, attorneys, insurance brokers, tax professionals, and other business service providersKnowledge of multi-state employment, compliance, tax, and business administration requirementsUnderstanding of HR policies, recruiting, employee relations, and performance management practicesExperience working with ADP, QuickBooks Online, ClickUp, or similar business systemsStrong communicational, organizational, project management, and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different functional areasComfortable serving as a coordinator and connector between internal teams and external expertsWhat We OfferComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and company holidaysCompany profit sharing programOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive team environmentThe opportunity to contribute to a company committed to sustainability, craftsmanship, and thoughtful workplace designPay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offParental leaveTuition reimbursementVision insuranceApplication Question(s):What experience do you have as the primary point of contact for external business partners such as accountants, attorneys, insurance brokers, payroll providers, or tax professionals?What experience do you have with multi-state employment, payroll, benefits, compliance, or tax administration?Experience:ADP: 1 year (Preferred)QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)Conflict management: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
