ComplianceQuest Salesforce DeveloperExtensive hands-on experience with ComplianceQuest (CQ) EHS/QMS software.Strong expertise in Salesforce development and administration.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, Process Builders, and SOQL.Strong experience with Salesforce customization and configuration.Expertise in system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware technologies.Strong SQL and database management skills.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ComplianceQuest and Salesforce platforms.Strong technical documentation and communication skills.Experience implementing and customizing various ComplianceQuest modules.Experience integrating ComplianceQuest/Salesforce with enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and LIMS platforms.Experience developing and managing custom Salesforce applications and workflows.Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior consultants.Experience conducting solution reviews and ensuring adherence to development best practices.Experience creating technical design documents, integration specifications, deployment guides, and test plans.Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments preferred.Experience with data migration strategies and tools for Salesforce preferred.Configure and customize ComplianceQuest modules and Salesforce solutions.Develop and extend ComplianceQuest functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Process Builders.Write efficient SOQL queries and manage custom Salesforce objects.Architect, develop, and manage integrations between ComplianceQuest/Salesforce and enterprise systems.Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware solutions.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to implementation teams.Conduct solution reviews and promote development best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues.Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and test plans.Support continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization efforts.ComplianceQuest or Salesforce certifications preferred.Experience with other QMS or EHS platforms preferred.Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field required.Salesforce or ComplianceQuest certifications preferred.
