Achieve offers live, online instruction, 1-on-1 tutoring and mentoring, and flexible course schedules that empower non-traditional college students to test out of college credits and earn higher level professional licenses.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will empower our sales team with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to succeed. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training strategies that enhance sales productivity, optimize onboarding processes, and drive revenue growth.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a strong understanding of sales processes, a knack for creating impactful training materials, and the ability to collaborate across departments. You are passionate about enabling teams to perform at their best and delivering measurable resultsRoles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement training programs to enhance sales performanceDevelop and manage sales content, playbooks, and collateralOptimize CRM tools and sales technologies for efficiency and effectivenessRefine sales processes to improve conversion rates and reduce frictionAnalyze performance data to identify strengths and areas for improvementCollaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and strategyOversee recruitment efforts by placing job ads, reviewing applicants, and coordinating interviewsConduct a structured two-week training program for all new sales representatives to ensure a strong foundation in sales processes, product knowledge, and CRM tools.Support the Sales Management team in goal setting and performance measurementDesired Skills and ExperienceStrong leadership and coaching abilitiesExperience in sales training, process optimization, and enablement strategiesProficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally; strong English proficiency is required, as you will be training U.S.-based sales representatives.Job DetailsType: Full-TimeSchedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 6 hours overlap during the 9:00am - 5:00pm ET business day.
