About Drive Casa Drive Casa is a family-oriented used car dealership offering in-house financing for all credit types on a large selection of quality vehicles. Essential Responsibilities Lead and manage autobody shop employees Coordinate the cosmetic repair process of vehicles Ensure that production goals are being met on a daily basis while enforcing safety and company policies Work with other managers to coordinate operations and activities Maintain body shop paint and supply levels Ensure painting booths and other equipment is running properly Follow proper operating rules, procedures, and standardized work initiatives as assigned Maintain a clean and productive work environment by keeping tools and supplies organized Other duties as assigned.
