Our Tax Practice provides clients with tax guidance and planning as the industries are faced with many evolving issues, including challenging markets, tax changes and heightened expectations from stakeholders, as well as legislative analysis in the area of tax policy. Our people work on key client issues in federal and state taxation, with a focus on implementing tax strategies that align with the client's business objectives; corporate tax; pass-through entities; S corporations; non-profits; employee benefit plans; high net worth individuals; and industry focus.Qualifications· an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting or taxation with sufficient course work to achieve CPA certification upon passing the examination or possess a CPA license· At minimum 2-5 years of related tax experience within a public accounting firm in industries such as financial services.· Broad exposure to federal income taxation and some exposure to state and local tax· Experience with corporate tax; high net worth individuals and pass-through entities· Excellent project management skills· Advanced written and verbal communication skills· Integrity within a professional environmentThe successful candidate must assume enough credits and/or actively pursuing the appropriate credits for the CPA examination.Compensation$70k - $95k annually
