This role is for someone who takes ownership, thrives under pressure, and knows what it takes to produce world-class experiences. What you’ll be responsible for: • Leading end-to-end production of premium, high-visibility events • Owning timelines, budgets, vendors, and execution with zero compromise on quality • Managing complex productions across multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines • Driving seamless collaboration across creative, design, and operations teams • Acting as a trusted point of contact for high-profile clients What sets you apart: • 4–6+ years in experiential/event production within an agency environment • Exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail • Proven ability to lead and deliver sophisticated, large-scale productions • Strong command of project management tools ( , Salesforce is a plus) • Clear, confident communication with both clients and internal teams • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) • Legally authorized to work in the United States Wynwood, Miami — vibrant, creative hub (in-office role) Highly competitive compensation package + benefits This is a high-performance environment.
