This is a high-visibility onsite engagement with strong potential to transition into a long-term role.Description:Lead all onsite engineering activities and serve as the primary point of contactCoordinate cross functional teams (CQV, automation, process, facilities)Drive daily execution, track milestones, and keep the project on scheduleIdentify and resolve issues quickly to maintain progressSupport commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) activitiesEnsure compliance with GMP and safety standardsCommunicate updates clearly with stakeholdersQualifications:8+ years of engineering experience in pharma, biotech, or medical device environmentsProven experience in site leadership or project execution rolesStrong knowledge of CQV and GMP environmentsAbility to work independently and lead on-site teams effectivelyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience with manufacturing or lab equipmentFamiliarity with automation systemsExperience in fast-paced or short-term project environmentsWhy This Role?Immediate impact in a high-visibility projectOpportunity to take ownership on-sitePotential to convert to a long term role based on performance and project needsAt Validation & Engineering Group, people always come first.
