Sr. ServiceNow Developer (Hardware Asset Management)Location: Candidates from all LATAMWork mode: 100% RemoteRequirement: Advanced EnglishStart: As soon as possibleEnd date: December 25, 2026Role Overview• Member of the Hardware Asset Excellence product development team, focused on automated Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions and ServiceNow platform capabilities.• Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions aligned to product roadmap.• Drive technical solutions end‑to‑end, from design through delivery.• Provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and compliance with ServiceNow standards.• Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption of new features.Key Responsibilities• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications to automate hardware asset lifecycle processes.• Design HAM‑centric automation (lifecycle orchestration, exception handling, compliance validation).• Improve data quality and consistency across asset lifecycles.• Implement and support integrations with vendor data and downstream systems.• Lead delivery across cross‑domain teams and external vendors.• Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex ServiceNow issues.Requirements• 6+ years hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.• Strong expertise in:Scoped applications, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine Studio.• JavaScript, Glide API.• Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows.• Access Control Rules (ACLs), Data Policies.• Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, custom solutions.• Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) expertise: lifecycle states, EOL/EOS logic, refresh processes.• Experience with version upgrades, clone management, and impact on HAM/scoped apps.• Proven ability to work with cross‑domain teams and vendors.Preferred Qualifications• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).• Preferred: CIS (Implementation Specialist), CAD (Application Developer).• Knowledge of other modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, OT, HAM Pro.• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP / SAP Ariba.• Strong scripting skills (SQL, PL/SQL, Python).Additional Skills• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.• Strong stakeholder management and communication.• Independent, proactive, and effective in ambiguous contexts.
