This role is focused on SMT operations, production line support, equipment performance, and New Product Introduction (NPI).What you’ll do:Support SMT/production line operations and troubleshoot real-time issuesDrive improvements in yield, throughput, and equipment efficiencyPartner with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve line challengesSupport NPI builds and transition to mass productionCoordinate with Taiwan-based teams on process and technical alignmentWhat we’re looking for:2+ years in electronics manufacturing / SMT / production engineeringHands-on experience with production lines and equipmentExposure to NPIMandarin + English requiredFast-paced, highly visible role with strong potential to convert full-time.
