We believe culture matters, relationshipsmatter, and leadership matters.We are seeking an experienced Managing Broker who can serve as both the operational leader and cultural cornerstone of our Panama City Beach office. This individual will help shape the next phase of growth for a boutique brokerage designed around high-touch service, collaboration, and community connection.The ideal candidate is an established leader who understands how to balance operational excellence with mentorship, recruiting, and relationship-building. This is a rare opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground floor while supported by an established leadership team and a growing regional brand.Position OverviewAs Managing Broker, you will oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of the Panama City Beach office while ensuring alignment with the standards, culture, and vision established by Watersound Real Estate.You will play a critical leadership role in guiding agents, maintaining compliance, fostering a collaborative office culture, and helping establish a strong market presence throughout Bay County and the surrounding areas.This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable mentoring agents, executing operational systems, building community relationships, and driving thoughtful business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership• Oversee all day-to-day brokerage operations for the Panama City Beach office• Ensure compliance with Florida Real Estate Commission standards, brokerage policies, and industry best practices• Maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and client service• Execute strategies that support sustainable growth in market share and agent productivityAgent Mentorship & Development• Serve as a trusted advisor, mentor, and coach to agents• Recruit, onboard, and develop agents who align with the brokerage’s culture and values• Lead training initiatives, continuing education opportunities, and professional development programs• Foster an environment centered around collaboration, accountability, and relationship-driven service• Support agents in elevating their business performance, professionalism, and client experienceStrategic Leadership & Market Growth• Help lead the expansion and long-term growth of Watersound Real Estate within the Panama City Beach market• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to execute the company’s vision and strategic initiatives• Build and maintain meaningful relationships throughout the local real estate and business communities• Represent the brokerage at community functions, networking events, and industry organizations• Assist in implementing innovative solutions that enhance both agent success and customer experienceCulture & Community Building• Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-integrity office culture• Help establish Watersound Real Estate as a respected and relationship-driven presence within the market• Encourage an environment where trust, ideas, teamwork, and long-term relationships are valued• Lead with humility, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindsetQualifications• Active Florida Broker License required• 5–7+ years of experience as a licensed real estate broker with leadership experience• Strong understanding of Florida real estate law, contracts, compliance, and brokerage operations• Proven ability to mentor, recruit, and develop successful agents or teams• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution abilities• Proficiency with CRM platforms, transaction management systems, and real estate technology• A relationship-driven leadership style with a passion for culture, collaboration, and community involvement• Strong local market knowledge of Bay County and the surrounding Emerald Coast region preferredWhat Makes This Opportunity Unique• Opportunity to lead the expansion of a proven boutique brokerage model into a growing market• Ability to help shape the identity and culture of a new office while supported by an established leadership team• High-touch, relationship-focused environment centered around professionalism and long-term growth• Direct collaboration with senior leadership in building a meaningful and enduring brand presence• A leadership role designed for someone who values people, culture, and community as much as performance
