Registered Nurse - Unit Manager

Position Summary: Our Client is seeking a compassionate LPN with the ability to remain calm under pressure. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting doctors and nurses. To be successful as an LPN you should be able to take direction and work well in stressful situations. A good LPN has great observational skills and empathy for patients while remaining professional. Key Responsibilities: Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance Maintaining and restoring the health of their patients Managing daily treatment schedules Enforcing health and safety regulations Solving staffing issues and shortages Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient condition Ensuring their unit meets federal, state and company guidelines Completing admission and discharge forms Delivering hands-on care and medication administration as needed Communicating procedural issues with the director of nursing and working to correct them Acting as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare staff Maintaining accurate accounting records Managing hospital equipment inventory Application Process: Please submit your resume to akshit.s@medcadre.com or Call (949) 889-0615.
