We are supporting a fast-growing international aesthetics and skincare technology company that is making a serious push into the US market. Having more than doubled revenue in the past year, they are now looking to appoint two Regional Sales Managers to own and drive growth across the US East Coast - one based in Florida, one covering New York and New England.About the RoleThis is a field-based, territory-owning position reporting directly into the CEO and US Head of Strategy. The primary focus is DermaCeuticals and consumables - building clinic relationships, embedding products into everyday treatments, and driving consistent repeat revenue.Success in this role depends on regular clinic visits, strong product education, close follow-up, and the ability to build long-term trusted relationships with clinic owners and practitioners. The role also involves working alongside existing distributor partners to maximise coverage within the territory.Core ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development: Prospect and onboard new clinic accounts across the territory, with a proactive approach to market mapping and pipeline development.Account Management: Convert clinics into loyal, repeat-ordering accounts and go beyond the sale - supporting product adoption, treatment integration and practice growth.Product Education: Deliver hands-on training and in-clinic education to ensure proper product use and long-term adoption.Reporting and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate Salesforce records and provide proactive updates to leadership on activity, forecasts and market insights.What We're Looking ForA commercially driven aesthetics sales professional who is comfortable owning a territory, building from the ground up, and operating independently in a fast-moving environment.Essential Experience: 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in aesthetics, skincare, injectables or DermaCeuticals. Proven track record selling into individual clinics, med spas, dermatologists or plastic surgeons. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to build trust quickly with clinic owners and practitioners. Field-based, hands-on, and comfortable with regular travel across a large territory. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.Desirable: Experience working with distributors or reseller networks.
