As a Full-Stack Engineer at Opus, you won’t just be writing code — you’ll be co-creating the product, the platform, adding really value to the engineering team from your first day on the team, and helping millions of people interact with the healthcare economy with confidence.The OpportunityThis is a senior, full-stack role. You’ll be a critical member supporting and building our engineering function, shaping the technical roadmap, and working directly with the Founder and CTO to take our product to the next level. As one of our Full- Stack engineering hires, you’ll be a true co-creator of the product, team, and platform — owning full verticals, leading architecture decisions, and shipping production code quickly and securely.We work closely with our users. Everyone here jumps in to talk to customers, support pilots, and improve the product based on what we hear.What You’ll OwnDesign and build core modules: Direct integrations, eligibility verification, payment processing, RPA workflows, and provider-facing dashboardsArchitect facets of the early platform and select, build, and manage integrations with partners like Stripe and StediOwn full verticals end to end — patient flows, provider dashboards, and payments UXHelp launch and scale pilots across specialty healthcare and enterprise software companiesBuild upon our engineering workflows, deployment pipelines, and security/compliance practicesDocument, debug, and test across the stackContribute to our engineering culture, including future hiring and mentorshipWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a product-minded senior full-stack engineer who is data-driven and is comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment. You take pride in your craft, love building valuable products, and can ship with a lean team.
