The ideal candidate is a hands-on specialist who can operate independently, deliver outcomes quickly, and bring practical AI/automation capability to the engagement.Key Requirements 10/12+ years Oracle EBS R12 experience across Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA) and Procurement (iProcurement, PO, RCV) Senior-level RICEW delivery — Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows Strong technical proficiency: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, OAF, Web ADI, Workflow Builder Experience conducting patch/upgrade impact assessments and performance tuning Hands-on experience applying AI/ML or automation within Oracle environments — process automation, predictive analytics, or AI-assisted workflowsEssential Attributes Acting as the senior SME across Finance and Procurement tracks Delivering enhancements, resolving complex issues, and driving solution design end-to-end Identifying and implementing AI/automation opportunities to drive efficiency Strong stakeholder communication — able to engage both technical teams and business owners
