Chief Engineer (Shift)

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Senior technical authority on shift: lead critical facilities operations, own switching and incident command during your watch. *What you'll do:* * Lead shift operations across electrical and mechanical systems * Authorize and supervise MOPs, switching, and maintenance windows * First-line incident commander for facility events * Mentor and develop shift technicians * Ensure complete shift logs and turnover *What you'll bring:* * 7+ years critical facilities/plant operations, 2+ leading shifts * Deep knowledge of power and cooling systems * Calm, decisive incident leadership * Relevant licenses (electrical, stationary engineer) valued Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
