Orthopedic Physical Therapist (2+ Years Experience)Executive PT | Franklin, TNFull-Time | 1:1 Care Model | Cash-BasedExecutive PT is expanding into a new 3,500 sq ft facility in Franklin, TN.We are seeking an experienced orthopedic physical therapist to join our growing team of three clinicians during this next phase of development.This is a full-time clinical role focused on patient care.It is not a director or management position.You will treat patients in a true 1:1 model with a high degree of clinical autonomy, while having access to mentorship and collaboration when needed.About Executive PTExecutive PT is a premium, cash-based orthopedic and strength-based practice serving:Active professionalsLifelong exercisersRecreational and competitive athletesIndividuals seeking long-term solutions to painWe specialize in solving complex pain problems and guiding patients into sustainable, long-term strength-based care.Some clients transition into higher-level physical goals — return-to-sport, pickleball, skiing, general agility while aging, etc., — while others focus on durability, resilience, and maintaining capacity over time.Our model emphasizes:1:1 sessions onlyNo double bookingNo aides or techsNo insurance constraintsHigh clinical autonomyCollaborative mentorshipIntegration of rehabilitation into long-term strength developmentWho We're Looking ForYou are:A licensed physical therapist with at least 2 years of orthopedic experienceCertified in dry needling (required)Strong in manual therapy, clinical reasoning, and exercise prescriptionComfortable independently managing complex pain presentationsInterested in building long-term patient relationshipsAdvanced specialization strongly preferred:COMTFAAOMPT (or in progress)OCSSCSOr comparable advanced orthopedic trainingExperience or interest in return-to-sport or performance progression is a plus, but not required.Clinical EnvironmentThis role requires:Confident orthopedic evaluation and plan developmentIndependent clinical decision-makingRegular demonstration and progression of strength training principlesGuiding patients from pain resolution into structured, long-term strength workA personal active lifestyle and personal familiarity with strength training are strongly valued, as they directly relate to patient care in our model.You will practice autonomously while collaborating with experienced clinicians as needed.
