Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven multiservices staffing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence company growth through strategic talent acquisition and relationship management. The Recruiter should demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively. A strong understanding of employment law, HRIS systems, and social media management is essential to succeed in this position. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing recruitment pipelines Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting initiatives. Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to build a robust talent pipeline. Coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluation processes, and assist with contracts and employment & labor law compliance. Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through relationship management and talent management practices. Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding across various channels. Conduct research on market trends to improve recruiting strategies and stay competitive in talent acquisition efforts. Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles. Manage employee relations issues related to recruitment activities and ensure compliance with HR policies using HRIS systems like Kronos, UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, or Workday. Excecute strategies for high volume recruiting from 20 to 25 positions weekly in hspitality, F&B, light industrial and other client industries. Skills Extensive experience in high volume staffing recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across social media platforms and other channels. Familiarity with techniques such as cold calling to attract potential candidates. Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with internal teams and external candidates. Understanding of HR laws related to employment & labor law compliance.
