They partner with leading technology brands to deliver Div 27/28 scope across ground-up new construction, large-scale renovations, and tenant improvements.The RoleLead and execute Div 27/28 low-voltage projects across the region. Serve as primary point of contact for GCs, owners, consultants, and stakeholders from project kickoff through closeout and turnover. Own end-to-end delivery schedule, budget, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and job profitability.Lead Div 27/28 projects: structured cabling (copper/fiber), pathways, IDF/MDF, wireless, AV, access control, video surveillanceManage internal field teams, foremen, technicians, and subcontractorsDrive schedule, manpower planning, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projectsReview drawings, specifications, and site conditions; identify scope gaps and risks earlyCoordinate multi-trade interfaces (electrical/grounding, pathways, sleeves, firestopping, telecom rooms)Manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and AHJ permitting/inspectionsReview BlueBeam takeoffs and BOMs; plan procurement around long-lead itemsOwn job profitability track labor, material, and equipment vs. budget; drive corrective actionManage change orders end-to-end (scope documentation, pricing, client approval, execution)Deliver closeout punch lists, as-builts, copper/fiber test results, warranties, O&M documentationRequired Qualifications6+ years (or 4+ with strong new construction leadership) in low-voltage construction operations and/or PM, with hands-on Div 27/28 delivery experienceStrong technical understanding of structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6A, fiber), IDF/MDF buildouts, wireless infrastructure (WAP), AV infrastructure, access control, and video surveillance systemsProven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously, including ground-up builds and large renovationsAbility to interpret construction documents, blueprints, and technical drawingsStrong budgeting and analytical skills comfortable with Excel and job cost metricsExcellent communication fast, clear, professional across email, text, phone, in-personValid driver's license; ability to travel 3050% nationallyProcore, BlueBeam, or similar construction PM platformsPreferredBachelor's degree (or equivalent field experience)BICSI certifications (RCDD, NTS, DCDC) or equivalent industry credentialsElectrical backgroundBilingual (English/Spanish)What's in It for the Right CandidateStable, growth-mode employer with 4x Inc. 5000 recognitionDiverse project mix multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, retail, officeReal autonomy and ownership over your projectsCompetitive base + benefits, growth-track environment
