Patient Safety Associate II

A company is looking for an Associate II, Patient Safety Solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage the receipt and processing of adverse event reports from various sources Perform medical adjudication and data entry for safety data into relevant databases Support audits, inspections, and root cause analysis for quality issues as needed Required Qualifications and Education Associate's degree with 2 to 4 years of safety experience, or equivalent qualifications Minimum of 2 years of pharmacovigilance work experience in the US/Canada Proficient with the Argus safety database Good understanding of ICH guidelines and global regulatory requirements Experience processing adverse event reports and generating narratives
