This high‑profile position will have frequent communication with our senior leadership teams. The Channel Director will work closely with Nozomi Networks’ sales and technical teams to build a strong pipeline of incremental channel‑led business to ensure the continued growth in the region. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and will be passionate about selling and helping advance innovative solutions with Distributors, Resellers, System Integrators, OEM partners and MSSPs.In this role, you will:Work with colleagues to develop a regional channel partner strategy for the USRecruit targeted and specific channel partners to the Nozomi Networks’ channel program where necessaryOngoing technical and sales enablement of channel partner ecosystemOngoing management of channel and technology partner relationshipsDevelop and present regular metrics reporting by partnerExceed quarterly results for sales bookingsMeet / Exceed Channel specific Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s)Learn new and emerging technologies and remain current with information security news, techniques, and trendsAttend industry trade shows and security related conferences in support of activitiesWork closely with Marketing to design and implement promotions, campaigns and awareness with channel partnersOther duties as assigned by CRO & Head of WW Channel to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job‑related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors.
