We are looking for a Industry Consumption Lead with a passion for leading strategic programs, influencing senior leaders at the heart of our business, with a focus on driving our cloud consumption goals and maximizing our customers digital transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities
Customer Focus
Ensures a customer-centric culture by enabling the business to drive digital transformation and alleviates customer blockers as a point of escalation by working with the team to manage customer escalations and resolve issues at the practice level.
Strategy
Contributes to the development and execution of a plan to achieve consumption metrics and revenue targets (e.g., delivered, billed, consumed) by supporting the team, collaborating with internal partners (e.g., Customer Success Unit [CSU], Solution Team Unite [STU], and Account Team Unit [ATU]), and driving culture.
Drives rhythm of business (ROB) around consumption by providing input on financials (e.g., Azure Consumed Revenue [ACR], Dynamics/Business Applications metrics, Enterprise Cloud Investment Funds [ECIFs], internal investments).
Establishes status as a thought leader on the direction of the consulting offerings portfolio, leveraging insights from reports (e.g., efficiency, operations), internal team members, and across organizational boundaries. Develops and implements a strategic portfolio-wide plan to achieve targets by leading intentional delivery activities and leveraging intellectual property (IP) for reuse.
Promotes Industry Solution Delivery (ISD) consumption strategy with practice/portfolio perspective by articulating ISD consumption strategy, goals, and mission to internal and external audiences, and aligning practice strategy with the customer and other internal organization objectives (e.g., Consulting Sales, Go-To-Market).
Executes programs that support demand generation and pre-sales activities that accelerate closing cycles and Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) value realization.
Encourages change by working within leadership communities to drive organizational change, driving consistent messaging and support to land organizational change initiatives within a practice, and providing feedback on organization information/initiatives.
Delivery Excellence
Leads cross-functional team to drive consumption, business growth, maturity, quality, etc., through delivery by facilitating teamwork and collaboration, recognizing and aligning team strengths to capability needs, and leveraging diverse perspectives to understand customers.
Practice Building
Builds organizational capability on consumption by leveraging industry knowledge to anticipate and plan for future capability needs, investing in key professional development opportunities, and acting as a mentor to develop process proficiency and leadership.
Drives consumption targets by leading a forecasting rhythm (e.g., monthly business rhythms) to predict business results.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years in cloud, consulting, or other relevant work experience
OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years in cloud, consulting, or other relevant work experience
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience in sales/selling.
5+ years project/portfolio management experience.
2+ years account management experience.
