Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Mesa, AZ. The HR Generalist will handle HR-related activities, including developing and enforcing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and administering benefits programs. Additional responsibilities include supporting employee relations, compliance, recruitment efforts, performance management, and contributing to the improvement of HR processes to align with organizational goals. Qualifications Familiarity with Human Resources practices, including employee relations and recruitment processesExperience in HR Management and developing HR Policies to ensure compliance and support organizational cultureKnowledge of Employee Benefits and expertise in Benefits AdministrationStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in HR software and tools, with attention to detail and confidentialityBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional HR certification (such as PHR or SHRM-CP) preferredPrevious experience in HR within the technology or education sectors is a plus
