Hull employees enjoy amazing benefits - including:Union health benefitsCompetitive wagesOn-the-job TrainingCareer DevelopmentAward-Winning Safety ProgramIncentive ProgramsPre-employment physical, drug screen, and background checks are required.Lead Shop Mechanic qualifications and duties include, but are not limited to:Performing routine truck and equipment maintenance and inspectionsServicing a variety of vehicles and equipment, including trucks, excavators, loaders, dozers, cranes, generators, air compressors, and specialty equipmentTroubleshooting and making general repairsOperating a variety of hand and power toolsPossess a CDL license, or be willing to obtain a Commercial Driver License CDL) within 1 year of employmentWorking outdoors in all weather conditions; including but not limited to, snow, rain and varying temperaturesWorking at heights with the use of mobile equipment and laddersFrequently required to stand, use hands to hold hand and power tools, finger/handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear. Occasionally, the work requires the employee to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlWorking safely near and around highway traffic and noisy operationsAbility to lift or carry up to 10 or 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs
