We are committed to delivering compassionate, timely, and high-quality care, and we are in an exciting growth stage with multiple expansion opportunities and a clear focus on developing future leaders within the organization.About The RoleIPS is seeking a Florida-licensed master's-level therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our outpatient telehealth practice serving Florida patients. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with a starting caseload of approximately 10–20 patients per week, depending on your availability and licensure. You will provide individual therapy in a structured outpatient setting with full administrative, scheduling, and billing support — so you can focus on the clinical work.The core qualities we look for include high ethical standards, the ability to operate independently, and a genuine commitment to quality patient care.
