This is mission-critical infrastructure.What You’ll OwnYou will be the guardian of our plant’s core utility systems — ensuring uptime, reliability, and safety across the facility.Utilities & Critical SystemsMaintain and troubleshoot compressed air systems (compressors, dryers, receivers, distribution piping)Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and process water systemsMaintain HVAC systems including rooftop units, air handlers, exhaust systems, and environmental controlsRespond rapidly to utility failures to minimize production downtimeMonitor system performance and drive energy efficiency improvementsMaintenance & InfrastructurePerform maintenance and repairs on building systems including lighting, electrical distribution (within scope), plumbing, walls, floors, and ceilingsMaintain dock doors, dock levelers, seals, and associated equipmentSupport installation and modification of facility equipment and infrastructureCoordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and projectsYour ImpactIn This Role, You Directly InfluenceProduction uptimeRegulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, SQF, environmental)Equipment reliabilityEnergy efficiencyOverall plant safety cultureWhen utilities fail, production stops.
