Finance Manager

The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for assisting car buyers with submitting information to secure financing for vehicle sales and leasing, following the proper procedures and regulations for the sales financing process, and providing information to customers about additional F&I products. Job hours are weekdays 8:30 AM-6 PM with possible later shifts on Mondays or Thursdays until 7 PM, and rotating Saturday shifts that are 10 AM-2 PM. Job Duties: Providing customers with a thorough explanation of each additional product while following dealership and company standards. Recommending the best F&I products for each customer based on lifestyle, financial situation, vehicle use, etc. Maintaining good working relationships with various financial institutions and comparing options in order to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs. Processing sales and leasing deals accurately and securely. Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the dealership. Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s additional products. Job Requirements Dealership experience recommended. Assist in maintaining the reputation and profitability of the sales department. Follow all required regulations to maintain a secure and efficient process for customers. Strong communication and customer service skills in order to work with customers, employees, and finance and insurance representatives. Ability to manage a team responsibly and fairly in order to maintain a positive work environment.
