This role supports customers in the placement of orders and helping to solve any order changes or issues.Requirements:Must have full knowledge of all administrative duty and skills. Receive any call that comes into the department with a courteous and respectful manner. Able to work under pressure. Concentrate on the order at hand to eliminate the possibilities of errors. Communicate to the customer any concerns for missing/out of stock merchandise that their requesting. Maintain an orderly customer call list.
