Role – Design Program Manager Location: San Francisco, CA (REMOTE acceptable) Contract: 6 months with strong possibility of extension Pay Rate range: $75/hr – $85/hr. Responsibilities Intake program requirements, define scope, and create detailed workback schedules Create and manage regional program schedules Plan and manage creative development of international packaging and in-box publication design initiatives Lead creative development with regional teams, third-party vendors, and suppliers Ensure accuracy in localized design direction, production, content (text and assets), and artwork execution Drive artwork approvals with global stakeholders through Release to Print Communicate schedules, next steps, and deliverables to all parties Send final files to packaging vendors per standardized SOPs Problem-solve unexpected results and maintain quality standards Top Must Have Hard Skills 6+ years of program management experience in global packaging, publications development, manufacturing, or related discipline Strong program management skills with demonstrated experience in creative packaging programs Experience working within creative development systems, program management systems, and/or proofing systems Proven ability to manage workload and prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and programs simultaneously Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-mix environments and working through ambiguity Nice to have Knowledge or experience in global packaging development, Packaging Engineering, UX Program Management, or direct packaging development Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) Experience with label design programs and Print-On-Demand (POD) labeling processes Codesoft knowledge is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across all organizational levels Experience implementing and sustaining business processes, specifically around labeling Russell Tobin offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
