Job SummaryKey Deliverables and ResponsibilitiesCambridge Investment Research is seeking a driven and consultative Client Solutions Consultant to support and grow relationships with existing Cambridge Financial Advisors. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a relationship-focused environment and enjoys helping advisors deliver comprehensive financial solutions to their clients.As a Client Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted partner—proactively identifying opportunities and recommending tailored solutions across financial planning, retirement products, and Cambridge Source offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing Cambridge Financial Advisors to support their business growthProactively identify client needs and recommend solutions across:Financial planning strategiesRetirement solutionsCambridge Source offeringsDrive adoption and utilization of Cambridge products and platformsConduct consultative outreach (phone, virtual, and in-person) to educate advisors on available solutionsCollaborate with internal partners to deliver a seamless advisor experienceStay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory considerationsTravel up to 25% to meet with advisors and attend events as neededWhat We Are Looking ForProven experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services consultingStrong knowledge of financial planning and retirement productsDemonstrated ability to influence and consult with clients in a sales-driven environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFINRA licenses (e.g., Series 7, 63/65 or 66) preferred or willingness to obtain within first year of employmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredLocation: Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA – Hybrid in-office 3 days/weekSalary Range: $75-85,000/year + bonusWhy Cambridge?Cambridge has competitive benefits and promotes a work/life balance to encourage individual success.Premium benefit package including medical, vision, dental, life and long-term disability insuranceVacation/sick time401K retirement plan with company matching programEleven paid holidaysYou can find more details about our comprehensive benefits package here.Company OverviewAt Cambridge, our purpose is simple: to make a difference in the lives of our financial advisors, their clients, and our associates.
