This position requires a schedule of 8-hour days. The therapist will work on a 1:1 ratio with patients. The standard productivity expectation is up to 30 points. No weekend work is required. The traveler must have reliable transportation. The facility provides efficient client grouping to minimize drive time. Occasionally, the maximum driving radius may reach over 50 miles. The primary series of COVID vaccinations and one booster are required. Oasis experience is essential for this role. Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state if required. All travelers should be prepared for potential shift cancellations during the pay period. Clinical experience in home health is preferred.
