Accounting Coordinator
Summary
The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the accounting department by compiling, analyzing, and maintaining accurate financial records, processing financial transactions, and assisting with financial report preparation. The Accounting Coordinator manages accounts payable and accounts receivable, prepares invoices and payments, reconciles bank and credit card accounts, and provides general administrative and document management support. This role is essential to ensuring accurate financial operations, timely reporting, and efficient day-to-day office functions.

Work with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Process incoming payments by check, credit card, and EFT.
Receive, process, and reconcile statements.
Prepare monthly financial statements.
Generate and review monthly reports.
Prepare and make bank deposits.
Assist with preparation and prepare annual benefit and 401k audits.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, and receipts.
Prepare and execute invoicing throughout the company on a monthly basis.
Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver's license.
0-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Ability to multi-task.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Office 365 and Excel).
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Finance or Business Administration.

Work hours will be 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Ability to be flexible with schedule to work additional hours and/or weekends as project deadlines demand.

Ability to sit for extended periods of time if needed.
Must be able to lift 10 lbs. occasionally without help.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
