The Support Specialist has a critical role and has responsibility spanning multiple functions. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and can solve complex problems with limited supervision.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure internal workforce, tools, and equipment are compliant to internal, industry, and customer-site requirements; serve as the subject matter expert on how to achieve compliance and act as the owner for reporting tools Provide oversight to shelf stock quantities, to include reorder recommendationsMaintain tool and vehicle inventory, including scheduling repairs/upgradesCalibrations, and procuring new/upgraded equipment as neededEngage in daily safety meetingsInstall, upgrade and maintain technology on the customer HME fleet Perform quality PM’s on customer HME fleet Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesSelf-starter and complex problem solver – ability to deliver results with limited supervisionProficient in computer software systems including Microsoft Office 365 and ERP systemsAbility to interact with the customer daily Excellent motivational skills and works well with a team but also able to work aloneEffective communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfactionExcellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritizeAbility to pay strong attention to detailAbility to interact effectively in multi-disciplined, multi-cultural team environments including working with customers in planning, operations, and maintenance of parts, service, sales, and support personnelEffective team participation skillsEducation And ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of professional work experience or an associate’s degree. Mining experience preferred.
