Individual will be working with all MFG areas, Eng and support groups to insure all test (Fabrication/Fulfilment) processes are physically and logistically manufacturable and repeatable at a high quality levels and meet/exceed our IBM standards and customers’ requirements by deliverable dates.Preferred EducationTechnical DiplomaRequired Technical And Professional Expertise Manufacturing experience, good knowledge and understanding in power and mainframe HW and test applications. Good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, logistics, Inventory Control and high-quality deliverables. Strong communication, Solid innovation and agile foundations, experience in organizational and administration skills, good negotiator and easy to work with. Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance workload to meet commitments within defined schedules. Detail oriented and client focused. Flexible, Able to work in changing conditions to meet target deliverables and ship dates.Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Semiconductor Fabrication Knowledge: Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and their integration into overall manufacturing operations is beneficial. Global Delivery Network Understanding: Exposure to managing global delivery networks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of finished systems to clients, is advantageous. Mainframe Production Experience: Experience working with mainframe production, including assembly and test processes, is desirable.
