Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Indianapolis, IN for a Moving Operations Manager. The individual in this role will oversee the daily operations of moving services, coordinate and manage staff teams, create and implement efficient operational plans, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, managing logistics, optimizing workflows, training team members, and addressing customer needs to provide high-quality service and satisfaction. Qualifications Proven leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate staff effectivelyStrong organizational and scheduling skills for planning and executing daily operationsExperience in logistics, workflow optimization, and route planningKnowledge of safety protocols and compliance best practicesExceptional communication and customer service skills for addressing client inquiries and issuesProblem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges and operational disruptionsProficiency in using technology and software for operations management (preferred)Prior experience in moving or logistics industries is advantageous
