Connected Services Software Engineer

Overview As a mid-level Connected Services Software Engineer, you will design and maintain tooling for monitoring, validation, and operational reporting to enable reliable connected platforms. You will build automated test frameworks and ensure quality and scalability across services, while proactively monitoring health and diagnosing issues. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Operations to broaden automation coverage and provide visibility through dashboards, supporting critical testing events and releases. This role offers hands-on work at the intersection of software, automation, data analysis, and system observability in a connected ecosystem.
