Hire and build an effective store team through training, coaching, and talent development. Create an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged. Develop a strong operational dynamic within the team to achieve store goals. Promote in-store community events and philanthropic partnerships. Use tools and reporting to oversee store profitability, effective budgeting, and payroll. Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail plans. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing.
