Work directly with the Retail Sales Director to carry out objectives and report back on any concerns or needs.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCreates an extraordinary customer service experience by providing a warm and welcoming store that is clean and organizedSupports, directs, and works alongside volunteers to carry out the day-to-day operations.Assists with scheduling volunteers as needed to cover shifts.Manages incoming donations effectively in accordance with established criteria and approved systems, as well as ensure new products go out daily.Assumes responsibility for day-to-day operations including cash handling, register reconciliation and making deposits.Maintains the proper processing, pricing, and stocking of DME donations. Provides specialized customer service to individuals in need of DME. Works closely with Retail Director to carry out changes that support the growth of the store and volunteers.
