Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Consultant located in Garden City, NY. The Jewelry Consultant will provide exceptional customer service to assist clients in selecting jewelry pieces that best suit their needs and personal style. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, maintaining deep product knowledge, meeting or exceeding sales goals, managing inventory, and ensuring a pristine showroom. The Consultant will also collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience. Qualifications Experience in customer service, relationship building, and working with diverse clienteleStrong sales, product knowledge, and ability to meet sales targetsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skillsAttention to detail and organizational skills for inventory managementKnowledge of jewelry trends and/or prior retail experience in the jewelry industry is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needsMust be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
