Maintenance Technician

Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionJob Title: Maintenance TechnicianOur company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and their own transportation, as well as experience in property inspections, landscaping, painting, and general maintenance. This position will also require the candidate to be available for "on call" requirements.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30 PM, on call as needed.Responsibilities:Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needsPerform routine maintenance tasks and basic maintenance duties, complete work orders within 48 hours, and assist with inspections.Report any lease infractions to the Community Manager.Perform unit turn according to policyPerform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairsComplete landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and plantingPaint and repair walls, ceilings, and floors as neededRespond to "on call" maintenance requests in a timely mannerRequirements:Valid driver's license and own transportationComputer skillsExperience in property inspectionsExperience in landscaping, painting, and general maintenanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsIf you meet the above requirements and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in maintenance, we encourage you to apply for this position.Salary Description18.50/hr.
